We will discuss the importance of incorporating yoga with our training to improve our overall experience with running

This includes:

•running drills
•specific yoga poses for runners
•pre and post racing tips
•nutrition tips for pre and post racing

In addition everyone will go home with a printed yoga sequence to practice prior to the Shamrock or just to incorporate with your own training
