Skippy’s SnoBalls was founded by Skip and Sarah Harrison in Virginia Beach, Virginia in 2016. Since that time, Skippy’s has expanded to 2 stands, but we haven’t lost sight of what made us successful…. remaining true to our roots of being the hometown SnoBall stand and community “hang out” spot!
