Well… the day has finally come where I can announce “the good news!” It has always been Sandy’s passion to have her own restaurant. With almost 30 years of restaurant management experience there was no question of capability and knowledge of the business. We finally decided, after lots of “negotiations” to make the move. Two weeks ago (April 15, 2015) we were chosen, among many businesses competing, for the property at 3152 Shore Drive (old H20) Virginia Beach, VA 23451 to place our new restaurant.
Welcome “Simple Eats” opening June 2015 and congratulations to my wife Sandy for all the hard work and patience. Simple Eats will be open for breakfast, lunch and early dinner and featuring local, fresh “farm to table” dishes, locally roasted coffee and various local beers and wines from the across the state of Virginia.
