When you walk-in and see the open-air kitchen that the restaurant is centered around you understand quickly that the food is the star here. From our made fresh salsa and chips to our “mild to wild” entrees you’ll realize this is not just another Mexican restauarant. As you enjoy your “Side Street Rita” deciding on what to have for dinner, why not start with our Mango Sea Dip made with summer-fresh cubed mango and avocado, grilled shrimp, garlic, red pepper, jalapeno, vinegar and pico de gallo.
For dinner we offer all the standard Mexican fare, (our Pork Carnitas are a local’s favorite), to a taste of Southern California with our fresh grilled fish tacos. Or maybe you would prefer a plate of our “Peruvian style” ceviche which consists of fresh raw fish, calamari and shrimp marinated in citrus juices seasoned with fresh garlic, aji amarillo (a sweet Peruvian yellow pepper) and Japanese salt.
