just a few things about me
I live in Virginia Beach and have lived here pretty much most of my life. I am the mother of two beautiful kids: my three-year-old, Jaden, and Kayla who is a year and a half. I am happily married to my hubby, Jeremy, whom I’ve known 1/3 of my life. I named this company after a song that he first dedicated to me when we met. (Awe!!!! lol)
I am an addict to frozen coffee, I love giraffes and lately have been finding white owls so adorable. Pearl accessories are one of my favorites. I love wine, pina coladas but cannot eat crabs or lobsters. Don’t get me wrong- I can eat some sushi & love it!!! Anyone up for some karaoke? Oh, and I want to ride a hot air balloon, it sure is on my bucket list.
I would have to say that the rustic/vintage theme would have to be my favorite theme for a wedding. I love me some mason jars & wine bottles, just add a few peonies, english roses and astilbe flowers and you’ve got yourself a beautiful centerpiece. I’m a fan of string lights and uplights can make any ordinary room look amazing. This would explain why I am a sucker for lace.
I’ve always been called the “artsy” one, the girl with the nice handwriting and the girl that likes to decorate. Give me a box of arts and crafts along with a project and I am a happy girl. Michaels and AC Moore has gotten more visits from me than the mall. I love DIY assignments. I’ve had this passion for so many years now. A few friends here and there would ask for help. As the years went by, my passion grew stronger & stronger which led me to where I am now. Each wedding that I have done have always taught me a lesson that I carry over to my next wedding/event. I’ve met so many wonderful people in this field & grew a deeper admiration for the people in this industry.
Art and design is what fuels my creativity. Your theme is my sketch, your reception hall is my canvas and your flower is my crayola box.
