Carib Shack is a Caribbean carry out shack style restaurant based on family recipes handed down for 3 generations. Reciepes based on food from our native Caribbean Islands including Trinidad & US Virgin Islands.
Vinny & Stephanie met at The Ritz-Carlton Saint Thomas, US Virgin Islands where Vinny a born & raised US Virgin Islander would make fine beach delicacies. Michelle his sister would supply the sweet tooth cravings all the while Stephanie ran between the kitchen and continuously engaging with guests.
In the fall of 2014 the founders moved to Virginia Beach from the US Virgin Islands to start Carib Shack in order to fill a cuisine void while shaping a niche in the fast casual dining market with fast & fresh Caribbean food. Our keys to success is a focus on employee & guest engagement, product excellence, community involvement, and financial performance.
