I happened to be in the Virginia Beach area visiting my mom. I called this company today to get someone to look at the kitchen drain and an odor coming from one of the restrooms.
Amy answered the phone and told me the next available appointment would be next Tuesday. I then told her that the water is backing up in the kitchen and required immediate attention. She went above and beyond to help us by calling the crew to see if there was any way they could stop by and help us today. Not even 10 mins she called right back and said they would be here between 30-45 mins.
Ray and Jake showed up and fixed the problems right away by cleaning the kitchen drain that was clogged up with grease. Also, they said that the odor in the bathroom was due to the toilet’s wax ring. They replaced the wax ring and now the odor is gone! The crew were very professional and fully explained what they were doing every step of the way.
I really appreciate you guys for your time and service. You went above and beyond to help squeeze us in to your tight/busy schedule. I would recommend this company to everyone. Really good to know that there are still great businesses that are run and operated by honest, good-natured people. The price for the service is the best in the area especially when they can show up and resolve the issues the same day.
